Privacy Policy

AuditSnap AI ("the app", "we") helps contractors, inspectors and adjusters turn photos of documents into structured reports. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

Information the app processes

• Document photos. When you scan a document, the photo is sent to our server so that an AI model can read it and return structured text. The photo is used only to produce your report. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
• Report content. The extracted text, your edits, and your exports are stored on your device. We do not keep a copy on our servers.
• Profile details. Your name, company and email, if you enter them, are stored on your device and printed on the reports you export.
• Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and by RevenueCat, our subscription provider. We receive an anonymous purchase status, never your payment details.

Service providers

We use Supabase to run our server, Anthropic to process document images with AI, and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us.

Data retention

Document photos are processed in memory and are not stored by our server after your report is returned. Data stored on your device stays there until you delete the audit or uninstall the app.

Your choices

You can delete any audit inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Children

The app is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
