Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
PepDose Pro is billed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or App Store → your profile → Subscriptions), select PepDose AI, and change or cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the subscription screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Your access is tied to your account and follows you across devices.
How do I delete my data or my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Privacy / Account. You can erase all your data, or delete your account entirely — both remove your data from our servers. This can't be undone.
Is Meal Scan included in my subscription?
Yes. Meal Scan is included with PepDose Pro — no setup, no API key, nothing to configure. Snap a photo and the app returns a nutrition estimate. A fair-use daily limit applies, and photos are never stored.

No. PepDose AI is an education and personal-tracking tool only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing instruction, and it does not sell or supply any substance. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before using any peptide.
