Terms of Service

Effective July 7, 2026

By downloading or using the PepDose AI mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1What PepDose AI is — and is not

PepDose AI is a personal tracking and educational tool for logging peptide use, nutrition, hydration, sleep, weight and training.

2Your responsibility

• You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information you enter into or read in the App.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. The legality of specific peptides varies by country and context.
• The dose calculator and nutrition calculator only perform math on the numbers you enter. Verify every result with a qualified professional before acting on it.
• The App is intended for adults (18+).

3Your account

• Using the App requires signing in with Apple or Google. Your account is what keeps your data private and lets it follow you across devices.
• You are responsible for safeguarding access to the Apple or Google account you sign in with.
• You can permanently delete your account and all synced data at any time inside the App (Profile → Delete Account).
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to access other users’ data.

4Your data

Data you enter is stored on your device and synced to your private account on our backend so it stays available across your devices. It is protected by per-account access rules: your sign-in is the only way to read it through the App. Progress photos never leave your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5Optional third-party services

• Meal Scan (included with PepDose Pro) sends a photo of your meal to our Meal Scan service, which analyzes it with our AI provider (Anthropic) and returns a nutrition estimate. Photos are processed in memory only and never stored. A fair-use daily limit applies. Estimates are approximate and for information only — not dietary or medical advice.
• Apple Health integration reads only the health metrics you grant permission for, using iOS’s permission system. You can revoke access at any time in the Health app.

6Subscriptions & billing

• PepDose Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or yearly. Full access to the App requires an active subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your device’s App Store account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the current period ends.
• Prices are shown in the App before you purchase and may change over time; any change applies only to future billing periods.
• Purchases, billing and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Sale. As the developer we cannot directly issue refunds — please request them through Apple.

7No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability. Estimates (calories, macros, compound levels, projections) are approximations and may be wrong.

8Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of PepDose AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages — including personal injury, health outcomes, or data loss — arising from your use of the App.

9Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
